Why study in UK?

Education system

UK Secondary education

Six years of primary education begins at year 1 to 6, five years of secondary school includes year 7 to 11, and once students completed year 11, they could choose whether or not to continue with their study in GCSE and pursue GCSE certificate. After GCSE students would proceed to GCE A-level and apply for University according to their A-level results. Bachelor degrees are normally completed in three years and master’s degree are completed in 1 to 1.5 years.

UK public high school fees are between GBP 15,000 and 20,000 thousand per year and UK private high school fees are between GBP 30,000 and 50,000 per year. Living costs are higher in London district, range between GBP 8000-12000. Living costs are GBP 7000-10000 in Ireland and Scotland and GBP 6000-8000 in Wales and North Ireland. School boarding fees are around GBP 60-280 and home stay fees are around GBP 150-300.
